Using this website

You may use this site to read current DVS information and follow links to previous event archives or official channels. Please do not attempt to damage, overload or interfere with the site or its hosting.

Current information

This holding site is the current source for DVS’s 2026 status. Earlier convention sites are archives. Their dates, applications, schedules, team details, policies and partner information may be out of date. Future plans are not confirmed until DVS publishes them through an official channel.

Adults-only events

Anyone may read this public holding site. DVS events and community spaces have been intended for adults aged 18 and over. Any future event will publish its own eligibility and participation rules.

External links

Links to archived subdomains, email services, social platforms and other websites are provided for convenience. Those services control their own content, availability and privacy practices.

Content and names

Unless a page says otherwise, DVS site text and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Artwork, characters, performances and other contributed work remain subject to the rights of their creators. Please do not imply an endorsement or an official connection that does not exist.

Availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may change or be temporarily unavailable while work continues. Nothing on this holding site creates a promise that a future event will take place.

Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice covers visits to d-v-s.online and messages sent to the contact addresses listed on this holding site. It does not cover archived event sites or external services, which may have their own notices.

What the holding site does not collect

This site has no account system, contact form, newsletter form, advertising tracker or audience analytics. It does not set cookies.

Display preferences stored on your device

If you change the colour theme, primary font or font-size scale, your browser stores those choices locally under dvs-theme, dvs-font and dvs-scale. They are used only to restore your display choices on DVS pages and are not sent to DVS. Use the “Forget saved choices” button at the top of any page to remove them and return to the defaults. You can also clear this site’s browser storage yourself.

Technical server logs

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may create limited technical logs when a page is requested. These may include an IP address, browser information, the requested address and a timestamp. Logs may be used to keep the service secure, investigate faults and prevent abuse, and should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

When you email us

We receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use it to understand and respond to your enquiry, protect DVS spaces where relevant, and keep any necessary record of the matter. A message may be shared with the small number of DVS team members who need to handle it. We do not sell contact information.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal, medical or financial information unless it is necessary. Email is not suitable for emergencies.

Your choices and questions

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights over personal information held about you, including asking for access, correction or deletion. To ask a privacy question or make a request, email tech@d-v-s.online. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you.

Changes to this notice

We will update the date above when this page changes materially. A future event may require a more detailed privacy notice covering applications, registrations, fundraising or other event systems.
